Fresh Spring roll (Cold roll) – with soy milk dipping sauce

Ingredient
- 5-6 Pieces of Vietnamese rice paper (Soaked)
- Vegetable Salad (Cos lettuce, Green Oak)
- Carrot strips
- 20 Cooked of shrimps
- 1 Avocado
Method:
– Lay the rice paper on the plate, put all salad and shrimps on the paper, and roll into a slender shape, cut into mouth full pieces.
Ingredient for the sauce
- 1 Cup of natural plain yogurt
- ¼ Cup of Lactasoy
- Lemon juice
- ½ Teaspoon of Lemon zest
- 2 Teaspoons of soy sauce
- ¼ Teaspoons of grounded white pepper
- ¼ Teaspoons of oregano
Method for the sauce:
– Mix all ingredients together and leave it in the refrigerator.
Plating:
– Put cold rolls on the plate neatly, served with the sauce.
