Ingredient

  • 5-6 Pieces of Vietnamese rice paper (Soaked)
  • Vegetable Salad (Cos lettuce, Green Oak)
  • Carrot strips
  • 20 Cooked of shrimps
  • 1 Avocado

Method:

– Lay the rice paper on the plate, put all salad and shrimps on the paper, and roll into a slender shape, cut into mouth full pieces.

Ingredient for the sauce

  • 1 Cup of natural plain yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Lactasoy
  • Lemon juice
  • ½ Teaspoon of Lemon zest
  • 2 Teaspoons of soy sauce
  • ¼ Teaspoons of grounded white pepper
  • ¼ Teaspoons of oregano

Method for the sauce:

– Mix all ingredients together and leave it in the refrigerator.

Plating:

– Put cold rolls on the plate neatly, served with the sauce.
