Shibuya toast

Ingredient

  • A loaf of bread (3 Inches thick)
  • ½ Cup of Lactasoy
  • 2 Tablespoons of honey
  • ½ Cup of melted butter

Method

– Mix Lactasoy, honey and melted butter, soak the bread into the mixture. Warm the oven to 120 Celsius, put the bread in, bake for about 10-12 minutes until golden brown.

Decoration

– Serve Shibuya toast with vanilla ice cream and whipping cream, sprinkle with roasted almond sliced.
