  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ Cup of Lactasoy
  • ½ Cup of chicken stock
  • 1 Tablespoon of Shoyu sauce
  • 50 Grams of dice cooked chicken meat
  • Cooked crab stick/Ham/ Enoki mushroom for decoration
  • Chopped spring onion


  • Put the chicken meat into a bowl. Mix eggs, Lactasoy, chicken stock and Shoyu sauce, add the mixture into a bowl that has the chicken inside, steam it for 15-20 minutes


  • Top the steam egg with crab stick/ ham/ mushroom and spring onion.
