Showa Mushi
Ingredient
- 2 Eggs
- ½ Cup of Lactasoy
- ½ Cup of chicken stock
- 1 Tablespoon of Shoyu sauce
- 50 Grams of dice cooked chicken meat
- Cooked crab stick/Ham/ Enoki mushroom for decoration
- Chopped spring onion
Method:
- Put the chicken meat into a bowl. Mix eggs, Lactasoy, chicken stock and Shoyu sauce, add the mixture into a bowl that has the chicken inside, steam it for 15-20 minutes
Decoration:
- Top the steam egg with crab stick/ ham/ mushroom and spring onion.
