- 15-20 strawberries (Trim the top and scoop out the inside part)
- 1 cup cream cheese
- ¼ cup Lactasoy soymilk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon lemon zest
- Chocolate or fancy frosty for decoration
- Whip together cream cheese, Lactasoy soymilk, honey and lemon zest on medium speed until slightly fluffy.
- Pour the cream into pastry bag and pipe the cream into the holes in strawberries.
- Top with chocolate or fancy frosty.
- Put in a freezer around 30-45 minutes before serving in shot glass.
