Strawberry cream

  • 15-20 strawberries (Trim the top and scoop out the inside part)
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • ¼ cup Lactasoy soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ½ teaspoon lemon zest
  • Chocolate or fancy frosty for decoration


  • Whip together cream cheese, Lactasoy soymilk, honey and lemon zest on medium speed until slightly fluffy.
  • Pour the cream into pastry bag and pipe the cream into the holes in strawberries.
  • Top with chocolate or fancy frosty.
  • Put in a freezer around 30-45 minutes before serving in shot glass.
