Avocado Chocó pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 ripe avocados flesh
- 1 banana
- ½ cup Lactasoy soymilk (chocolate flavoured)
- 2 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoon honey
- 3 gelatin sheets (put in cold water)
Directions:
- Blend the ingredients of avocados flesh, banana, Lactasoy soymilk (chocolate flavoured), cocoa powder and honey, until the mixture is totally blended.
- Add swollen sheets of gelatin and continue to blend the mixture for 2-3 minutes. Pour the mixture of Avocado Chocó pudding into a glass or cup before placing it in a freezer around 1-2 hours.
- Decorate Avocado Chocó pudding with whipping cream and almond before serving.
