Crispy flowers with spicy dip

Ingredient of spicy dip

  • 1 Cup of natural plain yogurt
  • ¼ Cup of Lactasoy
  • 70 Grams of soft tofu
  • 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
  • ½ Teaspoon of grounded black pepper
  • 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 Teaspoon of lemon zest
  • ½ Teaspoon of salt
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sriracha sauce

Direction:

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.

Decoration:

  • Put the vegetable, cooked shrimps on the plate decorated with crispy flower and serve with spicy dip.
