Crispy flowers with spicy dip
Ingredient of spicy dip
- 1 Cup of natural plain yogurt
- ¼ Cup of Lactasoy
- 70 Grams of soft tofu
- 1 Tablespoon of minced garlic
- ½ Teaspoon of grounded black pepper
- 1 Tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 Teaspoon of lemon zest
- ½ Teaspoon of salt
- 2 Tablespoons of Sriracha sauce
Direction:
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
Decoration:
- Put the vegetable, cooked shrimps on the plate decorated with crispy flower and serve with spicy dip.
