Cupcake – decoration / frosting with soy milk and sugar

Ingredient for icing frosting

• 2 Cups of confectioner sugar
• 1-2 Tablespoons of Lactasoy
• Food Coloring
• Icing frosting- Chocolate for the decoration

 

• For Cupcake, choose the flavor of the cake that you prefer

Method for icing frosting

Mix confectioner sugar and Lactasoy, separate in portion, choose the food coloring that you prefer and mix each color into the separated mixture, dip the top of the cupcake into the color mixture, sprinkle with icing frosting and chocolate and dry them on the rack for 10-15 minutes.
