  • 1 cup boiled chicken meat (cut into little pieces)
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chili sauce
  • ¼ cup Lactasoy soymilk
  • Salt/ pepper


  • To prepare a spread, mix together all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place lettuce and tomato on the slice of bread.
  • Spread the mixture on the vegetables.
  • Place a slice of cheese on top and cover it with another slice of bread.
  • Serve with fried potato.
